Visit of the State Minister for Culture and Media, Monika Grütters, on 30 June 2017
We were delighted that the State Minister for Culture and Media, Monika Grütters, honoured the Villa Romana, its Fellows, and guests with her visit during the afternoon and evening of 30 June.The Board of Directors of Villa Romana e.V. was also present for the occasion. The State Minister’s visit culminated in a late evening aperitivo in the garden of the Villa Romana, at which many musicians of the Berlin Philharmoniker, who had just given a concert in Florence’s Teatro Comunale, were also welcome guests.
